Empowered Property Investing is for the 9 to 5 women earning a capped wage, the divorce women who may not know where to start after financial settlement, the stay at home mum who doesn’t want to go back to the workforce but wants more time and money to spend with her children, this book is even for the women getting started in wanting to buy her first home, or first investment property, or mature women who wants to create more lifestyle freedom and wealth, who want to have more security and freedom in their lives, to have more time to do what lights them up, to have more time for their children, family and friends and who want to live their most abundant lives.
It is a memoir of my journey from being a professional Peadiatric Occupational Therapist, to the journey through my divorce and the knowledge and experiences I gain along the way when it comes to investing in myself, in my relationships and people around me and investing in assets for financial and time freedom.
You will read about how I used tools of personal development and empowerment, goal setting/planning, and law of attraction, forgiveness, compassion and gratitude and the nuts and bolts of investing to live a lifestyle I love.

Carmen Hill
Carmen was raised a country girl in her hometown of Springhurst, Northeast Victoria, Australia. At the age of 16 she was selected to be a Rotary Exchange Student and she lived overseas, in Williams Lake, B.C., Canada, for 12 months. Upon graduating high school, she moved to Melbourne and completed her four-year degree to become an Occupational Therapist, then returned to regional Victoria and had a fulfilling 25-year career in Paediatrics. Her passions include traveling, dancing and property investing.
Her mission in life is to continue to empower women all over the world to invest in themselves and their children, and our grandchildren’s future to create a better world for us all to live in, to create their own financial independence and time freedom to pursue their passions in life and continue to make a difference in the world, by bringing one child at a time, out of poverty, in dedication to her 9-year-old self, who still knows she can make a difference.
